Hello! My name is Zachary Petterson, and I started Petterson Consulting because I care deeply about helping others find structure in the day-to-day. I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle operations, lead a team, and still try to grow a business — especially in the veterinary world. My goal is to be a steady partner through that process, helping you build systems that work, develop stronger leadership, and create a practice that runs with clarity and confidence.
I’ve spent several years working inside veterinary clinics and other small businesses, gaining firsthand experience in what makes a team thrive — and what holds it back. I hold a Master’s in Veterinary Hospital Management, which has helped me blend practical, on-the-ground knowledge with advanced training in leadership, operations, and business strategy.
